Sale Fail

A Sale can be flagged by Merchant as Failed for the sole purpose of closing it and perhaps producing the receipt that shows the failures of all underlying payments.

This can be used for the cases where all attempts to successfuly process payments fails and merchant reversed, refunded or rejected all payments conforming this Sale.

This operation is available only for the Sale in the Unconfirmed status.
